Goodpath was originally a consulting (outsourcing) firm, but by breaking down information stored in client work and incorporating it into issues, they were able to create high-resolution SaaS. It's not just about collecting information and organizing issues, but also about designing and solving technology combinations, making HOW the strategy itself. I thought it was great that Goodpatch is implementing the "Next Consultant" model in a general way! https://t.co/0VEzrmSpBq In Japan, for example, there are vertical SaaS services for retail stores that confirm the flow of people in the store in conjunction with cameras. There are also vertical SaaS services for the food manufacturing industry that digitize business documents and make them easy to understand and manage on the cloud.
